Sanitary fittings
We supply sanitary fittings from manufacturer Nordson. One may connect a TC fitting to a hose using a hose barb. These adapters are available in the materials polypropylene and natural kynar (PVDF). The TC adapters are available with a mini (3/4 ") or maxi (1.5") flange. The hose barbs are available in sizes 1/4 "to 1".
The sanitary hosebarb adapters of the Natural Kynar® (NK) and Natural Polypropylene (PP) materials meet the requirements of USP Class VI i. The Polypropylene and Natural Kynar versions do not contain any derived substances from animal tissue. When you autoclave the connectors or expose them to a Steam-In-Place (SIP) procedure, it is best to choose the Natural Kynar material.
