ISO and VCA
At Hitma we work with fixed structures to get internal business processes in order and to guarantee quality. By obtaining the ISO and VCA certification, Hitma Group demonstrates that it continuously works on quality improvement with the aim of further increasing safety and customer satisfaction.
ISO 9001:2015
Hitma Group is ISO 9001:2015 certified and we like to keep that, to show that we have everything in order and we deliver continious quality. In January 2025 we are re-certified again by the external audit company for the coming 3 year, until 31 January 2028. “You guys are a special bunch of people that I enjoyed working with for 4 days” says auditor Henk Ricke.
VCA* 2017/6.0
Hitma's service department also has a VCA* 2017/6.0 certificate. The auditor's conclusion was: "Hitma employs serious employees who attach great importance to safety. The safety policy is demonstrably alive within the organization and receives extra attention where necessary, followed by possible improvement actions."
