Tygon® A-60-F IB Reinforced Food & Beverage Tubing
This hose has the same characteristics as the normal Tygon A-60-F and a reinforcement in the form of an internal braiding (I.B.). Because of these implemented reinforcements, the Tygon tube can handle higher pressure than the normal A-60-F. The hose can withstand the most extreme temperatures, from -60 ?C to 135 ?C, and will not crack or deteriorate in demanding food & beverage applications.
The Tygon A-60-F IB offers resistance to hard food media, including animal and vegetable oils. The resistance of acids and alkali is excellent, making the hose excellent for use in combination with various oxidants such as peroxide, hypochlorite and ozone. It is also ideal for the applications of clean-in-place (CIP), steam-in-place (SIP) and sterilization systems. Almost all commercial cleaning agents and disinfectants can be used through this hose. Autoclaving is also a cleaning option, it can even be done in a repeatable way, up to five cycles.
