Bio-Simplex Spinner flask accessories
Bio-Simplex™ accessories for spinner flasks enable you to get the most out of your laboratory glassware and at the same time benefit from the time and cost savings that single-use technology offers.
The one-mould structure of these filling assemblies produces a seamless flow of liquid that puts an end to both contamination and product loss due to loose connections. The assembly consists of an EZ Top® stopper and tubing manufactured from C-Flex® thermoplastic elastomer resin (TPE) for pharmaceutical applications. This resin is animal-derived component-free (ADCF). The cap is made of ADCF polypropylene.
A Bio-Simplex™ FlexJoint™ that creates space for angular deviation in mouth-blown spinner flasks and eliminates kinks in tubing and shape loss after sterilisation in the autoclave.
The entire system is designed to ensure the unobstructed flow of liquid, extremely low levels of extractables and a safe elastomer seal. Designs, sizes, packaging and other options supplied by you – such as couplings, sealed tips or alternative Erlenmeyer materials – are available on request.
