CPC Sanitary couplings
The CPC Sanitary couplings and SaniQuik™ connectors make it possible to make a CPC (Colder Product Company) connection with a TC coupling.
Sanitary couplings from CPC are manufactured from polysulphone and offer a high level of flexibility. This makes it possible to connect the CPC coupling directly to an existing TC coupling (1 1/2" or 3/4").
SaniQuik™ connectors are manufactured from 316L stainless steel and are ideal for connecting your existing stainless steel equipment to single-use applications.
After the TC coupling (1 1/2" or 3/4") is connected, the SaniQuik™ or Sanitary CPC coupling ensures easy (dis)connection of single use systems. The MPC or MPX coupling on this connector is an industry standard that is frequently used on single-use bags and tube sets, for example. It is easier to connect and disconnect a CPC connector than to replace a TC coupling. This helps to connect (stainless steel) equipment to single-use solutions in a user-friendly and cost-effective way.
