Pendotech PM2 Photometer
This photometer, in combination with a single-use flow cell, can measure the UV absorption of the liquid passing through the flow cell in real-time. This non-invasive method can detect the presence or absence of certain (bio)molecules in the liquid, which is important during drug development and production in biopharmacy.
Measurements can be made with this photometer not only at 1 wavelength, but even at 2 wavelengths simultaneously. For example, 2 types of (bio)molecules with different wavelengths can be detected or (bio)molecules and turbidity can be measured simultaneously. Detection is done using 1 or 2 LED light sources, which is environmentally friendly, cost-effective and guarantees a improved lifespan.
