Tygon S3 E-LFL Transparent peristaltic pump tubing
The Tygon S3 E-LFL is a clear tube that is extremely suitable for use in a peristaltic pump. It has the longest service life in a pump of all Tygon variants. The pump hose is autoclavable, making it ideal for use with high-purity liquids.
The hose has a USP class VI and NSF-51 certification. Due to extremely low release of particles in the medium, the hose is a reliable choice for sensitive fluid applications. In addition, the excellent performance of the pump tube minimizes the downtime of the product cycle due to, for example, the failure of a pump tubing. The product does not contain DEHP, but is made from bio-based plasticizers. This has 2 major advantages: Improved performance in pump applications and it reduces the impact on the environment. In addition, the Tygon S3TM E-LFL has a higher resistance to the permeability of gases compared to silicone. As a result, the sensitive liquids in the hoses are better protected against oxidation and other attacks. Hitma can supply the hoses with an inner diameter (I.D.) of 1/16 inch to a maximum of 1 inch.
