Tygon® A-60-G Chemical dispensing tubing
As a high performance chemical dosing tubing, this Tygon hose is the alternative to rubber hoses. The hose has been specially developed for dosing chemicals, thus surpassing materials such as neoprene, EPDM and other general tubing and many tests and applications. Even after years of exposure to heat and ozone, the hose does not tear or weaken, and it ensures a long pump life in industrial and institutional detergent dosing applications.
The hose is designed for excellent performance and reliability. It can handle varying temperatures between -60 ?C and 135 ?C. In addition, the hose can be heat sealed (sealed) or wound (welded together) without the use of connectors or connectors. The tube has an unrivaled service life in peristaltic pumps. These pumps are used in a wide range of markets, including the industrial and institutional cleaning chemicals dosing systems. This Tygon tubing performs better than almost any other normal service tubing, which is partly due to the high bending fatigue strength. A final advantage of this A-60-G hose is that it can also be used very well in vacuum systems.
