Assembly fluid transfer Y quick
If you want to combine two tubings or split one tubing into two tubings, you use a Y-transfer set. If you want to keep the liquid’s flow rate equal, you can choose a Y-reducer model. This reduces or increases the tubing’s diameter after the Y-piece. When a fast, safe and sterile connection is needed, we build this assembly with sterile connectors.
Quality
Our single-use fluid transfer sets consist of high-quality components, such as:
- CPC Colder AseptiQuick connectors
- Eldon James Y connectors
- SGPPL sani-tech, Tygon or purefit silicone tubing or C-flex TPE tubing.
All these components are qualified for use in cGMP environments. They are made of materials that comply with USP class VI and have well-documented extractable profiles.
Sterility
These fluid transfer assemblies are assembled in our own cleanroom according to validated procedures. The fluid transfer assemblies are part of our sterility program, which allows us to give an absolute sterility claim on our gamma-irradiated assemblies.
Open architecture
In addition to our own standard range of single-use components, we can apply every component according to your specifications - as long as the components meet our minimum quality requirements. In this fluid transfer assembly, for example, this could be a Pall Presto, instead of the Colder AseptiQuick. You can therefore specify single-use tubing, a TC-clamp or another connector to have a single-use assembly made exactly to your wishes and requirements.
Flexibility
The assembly in the drawing below is an example. We can produce any desired design. You can supply a drawing yourself, or have one of our specialists make a design based on your application. After agreement of the design we produce the assembly in any desired amount, with short delivery times.
